Obituary

Wyner B. (Mrs. B) Edwards Whittine passed away peacefully at the age of 62 at her home in Bogalusa, LA, on July 1, 2014.

Wyner was boorn September 23, 1952, to the late Mr. & Mrs. Charles Edwards. She was a member of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, where she remained until God called her home. Wyner was employed by the Councdil of Aging, until her health began to fail. Wyner was a beautiful person who would give a helping hand to anyone who needed her.

Wyner was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Mr. Willie Whittine, Jr., who she cherished, two brothers, Rickey and Larry Edwards, and one sister Earlene Edwards.

She leaves to cherish er memories: two daughters, Naturcha (Derrick) Robertson of Dallas, TX and Tiesha (Derrick) Myles of Bogalusa, LA, and one son, Antonio Peters of Bogalusa, LA, who whe was very devoted to as a mother. 11 grandchildren, Xaveria (Roman) Connerson of Killeen, TX, Jerrime James, Chazmon James, Dominique James, Marlon Myles, Mariah Myles, Makayla Peters, Kenyin Guynes, Tyrik Bickham, Tyron Bickham, and Tyren Bickham all of Bogalusa, LA. 7 great-greatchildren. One brother, Robert (Barbara) Edwards of Hattisburg, MS. Two sisters, Mary Evans of Hattiesburg, MS, and Carolyn Chatman of Kentuc ky. A nephew, Donald Edwrds of New Orleans, and four nieces, Rhonda Edwards of New Orleans, LA, Sedonia Bryant of Hattiesburg, MS Joelyn Williams of Kentucky and Triceal Edwards of Franklinton, LA>

Wyner also leaves three special ladies who she called her daughters, Katrina Hill, Marquitta Guynes, and Valencia Bickham, all of Bogalusa, LA. A very loving and dependable family she loved as her own, Tammy (Edward) Sartin, Robert Williams, Tellis Williams, and Gary Williams of Bogalusa, LA, and Zeron (Libra) Williams of Covington, LA. Six dear friends in which she loved so much, Faith (Rebecca) Farrell, Elizabeth Fortenberry, Rose (Clarence) Jefferson, Gloria Kates, Charlotte Brazzle, and Curtis Thompson. She also leaves a host of great nieces, great nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Services was held, Saturday, July 12, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, Elder Christopher Matthews, Sr. Officiating.
