Earlier in life he joined Lighthouse Pentecostal Church of Franiklinton, LA. At the time of death he was a membe4r of "Church of the Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith" of New Orleans, LA.

Magee leaves to che3rish his memories: his loving wife Sylvia Lee Magee of Franklinton, LA, 5 daughters, Tonya (Cordell) Murray of Cleveland, OH, Tara Magee of Jacksonville, FL, Lakeitha (Tellie) Williams, Cornella Magee & Tamika Magee all of Franklinton, LA 15 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, 3 brothers, Archie, James, Kenneth 7 Sterling (Bobbie) Magee all of Franklinton, LA, 2 sisters, Lujla Mae McClain & Lillian Garrett both of Franklinton, LA, a host of nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Archie Magee, his mother, Willie Mae; his brothers, Isaih Magee, Alvin Magee, Roy Milton & Clealford Magee and sister, Ethel Lee Garrett.

Funeral Services were held, Saturday, May 31, 2014 at Lighthouse Pentecostal Church, Franklinton, LA Rev. Willie B. Robinson, Officiating. Interment, Magee Cemetery
