Veronica Lynn Thomas, daughter of Lattiemore Brumfield of Franklinton, La. and Donna Elzey of Bogalusa, La., was born on February 10th, 2012 in Bogalusa, La. On Saturday, November 3, 2012 she went to her eternal home to be with her spritual Father. She grew up attending Live Oak United Methodist Church, and later moved to Bogalusa, La. attending Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church where she was baptized. Veronica was a faithful choir member and loved lifting up her voice for the Lord. She accepted Christ at an early age and reaffirmed her commitment to the Lord as recent as last month.
She wanted so desperately to have a good life. One in which she could make a difference in the lives of others. And Veronica did so as often as her illness would allow her to. It is exemplified in the family that loved her dearly, as well as her classmates and so many other friends. Her big smile just made it almost impossible, not to embrace her as a friend. It was a magical.Veronica graduated from Bogalusa High School, an honor student in 2001.
