The Family of Tressie Marie Henry Ishman announces with great sorrow her passing on February 14, 2021.  She was born on April 26, 1957 to the late Sarah and L.V. Henry.

She was a much loved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.  To know Tressie was to love her.  Her memory will forever live in the hearts  of her husband, Michael Ishman; two sons, Charles Henry (Shawenee "Nene" Henry) and John Henry; ten grandchildren:  Deplessis Lewis, Kameron Henry, Jamari Henry, Otrevious Harris, Amoni Henry, Ja'Sean Henry, Ambreon Jones, Terrance Henry, and Te'Boris Henry; Four great-grandchildren: A'Niyah Burrell, Myzi Henry, Tine Michelle Henry and Zariah Henry; siblings: Gladys Mitchell (Robert Mitchell-deceased), Willie Henery, Rachel Drummond (Renard Drummond), Otis Henry (Vera Henry), Clarence Henry (Tashie Henry), David Henry, Diane Brown (Luther Brown), and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that loved her dearly.

Tressie was preceded in death by her parents, Sarah and L.V. Henry; daughter, Tina Henry-Nichols; sisters, Rebecca Brown and Dottie Williams; brothers, L.T. Henry, Cleon Henry, and Michael Henry; and a niece, Lisa Casnave.
