Tommy Butler,III was born December 23,1978 to the parents of Rosa Lee Bulter,Tommy Bulter Sr.He was a resident of Bogalusa,La,Tommy Bulter III departed from life on Saturday April 6,2013 at the Jackson LA Hospital at the age of 34.
Tommy leaves to cherish his memories,three sisters,Jamie Butler,Denise Nicole Butler,Tonya Bulter of Bogalusa,LA.two brothers-in-laws,Keith Crumedy,&James Rivers,two grandmothers,Mrs,CaloniaPack of Varnado,LA,Mrs.Gladys Nicholas of Irving,Tx,three nieces Ciera Bulter,Fantasia Butler,LaJada Sims,three nephews Micheal Butler,Gearld Andre Jones Jr,AAron Butler,and a host of other Relatives & Friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother Corey Butler and his grandfather Tommy Butler,Sr.Visitation Friday,April 12,2013 from 2pm-6pm from Cook-Richmond Funeral Home Chapel,Funeral Service Saturday April 13,2013 in the Cook-Richmond Chapel for 11am.Rev.Curtis Brown,Officiating,Interment Bogalusa Cemetery
