Obituary
Mr.Thomas P. Smith arrived in this world on June 19,1930 to the late Ernest Smith and Willie May Hicks in Bogalusa,LA. On August 3, 2013,he departed this world when God called him to come to his Heavenly Mansion
As a young boy, while living with his stepmother the (late) Mattie Quinn,Thomas joined the U.S. Air Force at the age of 15,where he wnt on to serve in the Vietnam and WW 11. Thomas was a man with lots of integrity and giant,loving and caring heart.
Thomas leaves to cherish her memories,three daughters Lonnie Smith of Atlanta,Ga.,Sherry Smith of Bogalusa,La,and Shirley Wallace of Los Angelas,Ca,one son Thomas Smith of New,Orleans,La;Three sisters,Juanita Jackson of Tacoma,WA,Geneva Gray of Bogalusa,LA.,and Ellerene Cooper of Atlanta,GA.
One brother Robert Smith of North Caarolina,Grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a host of nieces,nephews,family,and friends
He was preceded in death by his wife Fannie Mae Smith,his mother Willie Mae Hicks,his father Ernest Smith,his stepmother Mattie Quinn,his brother Raymond Smith,and his daughter Regina Smith
Visitation will be Friday,August,09 2013 from 2-6pm,Family Hour 6-7pm at Cook-Richmond Funeral Home Chapel,Funeral Services, 2p.m.Saturday August 10,2013 at Cook-Richmond Funeral Home Chapel,Rev. Nat Gordan officiating,Intermet Bogalusa Cemtery
