Sherrel Elaine Peyton, age 68 of Bogalusa, passed away on August 3, 2034 at her home.  She was born on April 10, 1956 to the late Oscar and Geneva Peyton in Bogalusa, Louisiana.  In addition to her parents, Sherrel is preceded in death by her two infants Granddaughters ; Amori Butler and Serenity Butler and her sisters Janice Buckhanan and Pauline Jones.  Sherrel, also known as Shirley, was a 1974 Graduate of Bogalusa High School.  She also attended Grambling State University.  Sherrel was also a devoted member of Eastern Star where she held the title of Queen.  Sherrel was also a dedicated member of Bogalusa Sports Association.  Sherrel enjoyed social gatherings and was a homemaker where she would enjoy cooking for family and friends.  Everyone knew she would always help when needed.
