Sandra Alicia Luter was born on December 26, 1966 to the late Reverend Dr. Atwood Luter & Joyce Evans Luter. She departed this life on Saturday October 12, 2024 surrounded by family.

The Christian life of Sandra began at an early age in the Baptist faith. She was baptized under the leadership of Reverend Aaron Thompson of the Bethlehem Baptist Church. Sandra became a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Bogalusa, Louisiana. under the leadership of her father. She was an active member for 32 years. Sandra was a member of the choir and Vacation Bible School. She remained steadfast with her commitment to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Sandra attended Bogalusa High School she was a member of the band. She also attended John F. Kennedy High School. She was a member of the band. She received her High School Diploma from Marion Abrason High School in New Orleans, Louisiana. Sandra received her Associates Degree as a Certified Chef.

Sandra leaves fond memories to cherish by her dedicated sisters, Rosalind D. Luter, Sharon F. Luter, Andrea R. Love, Alma Y. (Gregory) Mckenzie and one brother, Titus (Angela T.) Luter and Mother, Loreane Luter, One godson, Eddie Williams, One godchild, Karter Davis, two nephews, Kyron L. Mims, Kristian L. Mims, one niece, Megan (Donald) Phillips, one great niece, Ryan Phillips, two loving uncle, Jimmie Mondy & Jewl Burnett, two aunts, Clarette Bruns & Doris M. Brown. Special cousin, Lexworth R. Burris & Sandra Faye Pearson, A special family friend, Stanley Brown and a host of family members & friends, all that she loved.
