On December 22, 2012 the Lord called one of His faithful angels home. Brother Ronald Weary was born August 15, 1962 to Willie Jr. and Georgia Mae Weary and accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age. He was a member of Spring Hill Missionary Baptist Church until his death. He graduate from Varnado High School. He was employed at Jones Saw Mill and later employed by F. L. Craig and Son until his health declined and he retired.
Ronald was a loving and devoted husband, father, brother, and friend to all who knew him. Brother Ronald spent his days after retirement being a devoted grandfather spoiling his grandkids making sure they had all kinds of sweets and junk food in their reserved spot on his side of the bed.
He was preceded in death by his parents, maternal grandparents Tillis Jefferson and Johnnie Mae Peters; paternal grandparents Frank and Trini Weary, 1 sister and 1 brother-in-law; Augustine and Neil Johnson and 1 grandson Jaquarius Weary.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife of 31 years Inez Weary and to this union Shenita, Ronald (Brittney) Fields, Veounca (Tasmon) Myles, Willie Weary, and Salarius Magee; his grandchildren Trey Fields, Kayden Allen, Jashaun Richard, Tasmon Myles Jr., Bailey Fields, Kelson Clark, and Kenna Showell; brothers Donald, Eugene (Juwanna) Roy (Belinda), Troy (Tasha) Weary; sisters Louisa Mingo, Annette (Larry) Mark, Letha, Hester Weary; his special children Latorya and Darrin Fields, Latisha Barnes; god parents Mitchell and Myra McGee; god brothers Dennis Mitchell, Jr., Corey McGhee; god sisters Beverly Kelly, Tina McLaurin; god children Larika and Asia Weary; 1 sister-in-law Undrella Peters, 1 brother-in-law Ronnie Foster, 1 special cousin Douglas Smith and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
Vistiation will be Friday,December 20 from 2-6 p.m. at Cook Richmond of Bogalusa. Funeral Service will be Saturday, December 21, 12p.m. at Spring Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Sandy Hook, Ms. Rev. Versie D. Lee, Officiating. Interment Bogalusa Cemetery
