Richard K. Foster, Sr was well known as "Peanut/Baldly" was born August 9, 1960 in Bogalusa, Louisiana to the late Hattie T. Foster and Richard Foster.
He joined Wesley Ray United Methodist Church at an early age. After graduating from Varnado High School, he attended Southern University for a couple of years, then attended Arizona Technical School in Phoenix, Arizona. He received an Associated Degree in Electronics. He worked with an Electronic Company for a year in Baton Rouge, LA.,then he moved back to Angie, LA to work in the Logging Business.
Kelvin departed this life on Saturday, August 17, 2024, leaving to cherish his loving memories, his wife Charlene P. Foster; his children, Richard K. Foster, Jr., Jermaine A. Foster, both of Houston TX, Ka'Shocka Q. McGowain, Jarmar J. McGowain and T'Andrew Foster of Angie, LA. His stepdaughter Tangica Collins (Kolya) of Bogalusa, LA and Stepson Terrance Quillen of Dallas, TX. His brothers: Lionel Foster( Rose) Long Beach, CA, Lester Foster (Gwendolyn), Slidell, LA,, Andre Martin (Denise) Bogalusa, LA. His sister LaTasha Adams (Garland) Mandeville, LA.
,17 grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Hattie T. Mondy Foster, his paternal grandparents, Ella Foster Nichols, Andrew Foster, and Creal Nichols. Maternal grandparents, Teman and Floretta Mondy and daughter Theresa Foster.
