Rev. Dr. Phillip A. Williams Jr, 43 known as Pastor PAW, passes away peacefully on Monday May 11, 2020.  Devoted Pastor & teacher of the Oak Ridge Missionary Baptist Church, Wilmer, LA, he was employed at Sumner High School.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories, his wife Emmalean, daughter, Jalyssia (Bruce), New Braunfels, TX son Phillip III. and five brothers ( Eric, Christopher, Nathan, Archie, & Kordell).
