Mrs. Ora Dee Pigott "Sister Girl" Bickham was born January 222, 194 to the union of the late Mr. Henry Pigott and Eulice Pigott. She departed this life on November 9, 2014 at Northshore
specialty Hospital in Covington, LA. She joined Water Valley COGIC at an early age, whee she remained a faithful member until her death.

She was married to the late Mr. Alvin Bickham, Sr., and to this union nine children were born; two loving daughters: Teresa Dawson and Missy (Michael) Anthony, both of Franklinton, La, five devoted sons: Clarence (Lawanna) Bickham, Jerome Bickham, Stanley (Stina) Bickham, Lavell Bickham, all of Franklinton, La, Terry (Chante') Bickham of Atlanta, Ga, fourteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

She also leave to cherish her memory, one sister, Vander Marie Jordan of Franklinton, LA, two brothers, Joe (Janice) Pigott of Bogalusa, LA, and Willie Pigott of Franklinton, LA, and nine other siblings, a daughter-in-law, Carmen Bickham of Franklinton, LA. Two brother-in-laws: Silas Bickham, Sr and Joe Handy both of Franklinton, La, three sister-in-laws: Mary Lee Bickham, Jessie Mae Miller, both of Franklinton, LA, Nelia Varnado of Bogalusa, La and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

She was preceeded in death by parents, Mr. Henry and Mrs. Eulice Pigott; her husband, Alvin Bickham, Sr.; two sons: Lary Bickham and Alvin Bickham, Jr. and one granddaughter, Saraye Brumfield.

Funeral service were held, Saturday, November 15, 2014 at Water Valley C
OGIC, in Hackley, LA at 1:00 pm. Bishop Howard E. Quillen, Officiated. Interments, Hayes United Chapel Cemetery.
