Linsy Ray Bell, Sr. was born August 11, 1944 to the late Ethel Bell and Curtis Smith. Linsy was a graduate of Central Memorial High School class of 1962. After serving in the US Army, he continued his education, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree from Southern University Baton Rouge, La in 1969 and a Master's Degree from The University of Wisconsin Platteville, Wisconsin.

Linsy was a faithful member of First True Love World Outreach Ministries Ponchatoula, La Pastor/Teacher Carl Coleman

He leaves to cherish his memories his son, Linsy Ray Bell, Jr. of Denver, Colorado, his daughter, LynKarma Bell of Dallas, Texas, his siblings, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends
He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Williams Bell, his parents
And other family members.
