Leavenell Brock Magee, a lifetime resident of Franklinton, Louisiana , departed life on earth on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.

Leavenell was born August 8, 1945 to Prentis and Irene Brock Sr.  She was the oldest of eight children. Leavenell united  with Water Valley C.O.G.I.C., later she became a member at Outreach Full Gospel Church.  She loved spending time with family and attending church.

Leavenell will be remembered  as a kind soul who cared deeply about her family and dedicated her life to them.

She will be missed dearly by two daughters; Octavia (Lawton) Magee of Franklinton, LA, and Shannon (James) Burris of Forney TX. Leavenell leaves to mourn brothers; Prentis Brock Jr. of Franklinton, La, Climous (Marilyn) Brock of Tulsa, OK and Kendrick Brock of San. Frisco, CA, sisters; Bobbi (Jessie) Bell of Dallas, TX, Linda (George) Danner of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Loretta Frachies of Kansas, MO, and Sandy (John) Evans of Austin, TX. Leavenell was blessed to have in her life, the love of seven grandchildren; Jeremy, Joy (Delverix) Davis, Justin, Jason, Jordan, and Nicholas; four great grandchildren; Tahj, Lyla, Joshua, and Nicholas.  Leavenell was preceded in  death by two grandsons, Kristen L. Burris and Joshua R. Magee.

She leaves to cherish her memories an aunt , uncle and a host of nieces nephews, cousins and friends.
