Obituary

Julia Carson Hutchinson was born March 15, 1926 in Walthall County to the parents of Flora Hammond and Nevers Carson. On Monday May 22, 2012, at 2:15 p.m., Sister Hutchinson was called home by her heavenly father to rest, left this place called earth and obediently, and humbly went home to a place our Lord and Savior had prepared for her. She was 85 years old. At an early age she attended Beach Ridge School and was a member of China Grove Methodist Church later changed to Saint James U.M.C. in Tylertown, Ms. Upon moving to Bogalusa she joined the Thirkield U.M.C. where she remained a member until her death. She was married to Neil Hutchinson. Julia was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many. She leaves to cherish fond memories to four daughters: Mrs. Wilda Peters, Mrs. Brenda Magee, Ms. Ernestine Hutchinson, Ms. Marsha Hutchinson all of Bogalusa, La. One son Mr. Fred Daniels, a grand-daughter that she reared, Mrs. Aundre' Simon and a grandson Kevin Hutchinson, 18 grand-children, 27 great-grandchildren, One sister Mrs. Evie Fields of Bogalusa, La., One brother Mr. Elvin Len Rayford of Los Angeles, Ca. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Neil Hutchinson, Mother Flora Hammond, Father Nevers Carson, Son Newson Carson, and daughter Mrs. Annie Ruth Lee.
Visitation will be Friday, May 25 at Cook-Richmond from 2-6 p.m.
Funeral service Saturday, May 26 at Thirkield U.M.C. at 1 p.m.
