Obituary
Juan C. Slater, Sr. age 80, a native and resident of Bogalusa, La. Died Friday, November 12, 2010 at LSU Bogalusa Medical Center. He is survived by his only son Juan C. Slater, Jr. of Orlando, FL. Three grandchildren, Nariyah Bass, Chalon Slater, and grandson Kharon Slater all of Orlando, FL. and a number of other relatives and friends.
He was proceded in death by his parents John and Carrie Slater, one brother, Andrew Sampson, two sisters, Willie V. Sampson and Lizzie Mae Morgan.
Funeral Service Saturday 11a.m., November 20 at St. Paul A.M.E. Church. Rev. R.L. Palmer, Officiating.
