Jerry Washington was born on Dec 5, 1937 to Bessie and William Washington in Franklinton , LA.  He departed this life on August 14, 2018, he was 80 years old.

He leaves to cherish his memories four daughters; GINA Westbrook of Denham Springs LA, Cherly Vanessa Stewart of Los Angeles CA, Binica Giddens Of Georgia, Ashely Washington of Houston TX, Damass Giddens Of Georgia, his grandchildren, LaQuaris Westbrook, Sonya Davison, Sundra Davison, Latonya Lopez, Tasha Steward, Kamari Washington, Jordyn Franklin, Jaylien Franklin, Justin Franklin, his great grandchild Avery Lopez.  His siblings; two sisters, Marie Moore of Franklinton LA, Barbara May of Angie La, a special niece who helped to care for him,  Dee Dee, two sister-in-laws; Irmateen Washington of California, Ollie Jean Allen of Franklinton LA, his caretaker and landlord Benny Ray James, ahost of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

he was preceded in death by his parents; Bessie and William Washington, two brothers, George and William (William) Washington, one sister, Josephine Washington.

The funeral service will be Saturday August 18, 2018 at 3:00 pm at Cook-Richmond Funeral Home in Franklinton LA located at 938 Cleveland Street

The repast will be 505 13th Street at the home of Dee Dee.
