Jennifer Burris, beloved mother, grandmother, aunt, caregiver, and faithful servant of God, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2026. She leaves behind a powerful legacy of love, faith, and devotion to family and community.

Jennifer was the heart of her family and a pillar in her community. For more than three decades, she dedicated her life to caring for children, nurturing hundreds of families with compassion, structure, and faith. Her home was a place of warmth, welcome, and belonging.

Jennifer's life was defined by her unwavering faith in Jesus Christ. She encouraged those around her to be intentional in their relationship with God through prayer, Scripture, and daily example. Even in her final season, she continued praying for her family and their spiritual well-being, holding firmly to the hope of eternal life.

She is survived by her siblings, children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, extended family, and the countless families whose lives were touched through her care and love.

A celebration of Jennifer's life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages acts of kindness in her memory—care for a child, support a family in need, and love others as she did.
