He was called home to be with Christ on March 16, 2025. he was preceded in death by his mother Mariah Brown, his sisters Annette May and Bobbie Jean Lundie, his brothers Napolean Brown and Roy Cox, his uncles Tommie Brown and Thomas Brown Sr and aunts Annie Lee Shepard, Lovie Lee Thomas, and Alice Sanders.
