George Tate, Jr. was born Septembeer 11, 1951 to Catherine Wilson Tate and George Tate, Sr. He departed this life on July 13, 2014.
He leaves to cherish his memories; one son, Javon George Tate, One daughter Lakiesha Thomas and two stepsons Kadrick & Carl Garrett and his loving wife, Janice Faye Garrett Tate of Bogalusa, LA. He also leaves behind a host of relatives and friends.
Services will be held Saturday, July 19, 2014 at Second
Baptist Church at 10:00 am. Rev. Darrel Self, Officiating. Interments, Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Shady Grove3, MS.
