Gary Leon Weeden was called home on September 26, 2011 to be with his family. He was born February 18, 1953 in New Orleans to the late Percy and Hazel Weeden and was raised in Madisonville where he attended Covington High School.
Gary Weeden is preceded in death by his parents Hazel and Percy Weeden brothers; Horace, Theodore, Pervis, Donald Paul, and Jerry Weeden and one grandchild.
He leaves to cherish his memories a loving and devoted lady in his life. Rose Williams, two sons Gary (Amy) Bridges, Jerry Williams, and one daughter Sabrina (Bam)Bridges, three grandchildrens, five brothers, Alfred (Dorothy) Weededn, Curtis, Malcom (lea) Weeden, Myron Weeden, and Robert Weeden. Seven sisters Pricilla (Luther), Mae, Gwendoly, Wesley, Marie, Laverne (Edward). Three brother-in-laws; Frankie (Lubertia) Bridges, Joe (Barbara) Bridges, Robert (Rose) Bridges, and one sister-in-law Vernedia Buckley and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Saturday, Oct. 8 11-1p.m. at Cook-Richmond following the funeral service at 1p.m. Interment will be St. James Cemetery in Madisonville, La. Rev.
