Ernesa Abrams was born on November 17, 1942 in Bogalusa. Louisiana to the proud parents of the late Ray and Rosie Bolton. She departed this life on July 1, 2014 at Our Lady of Angels Hospital.

She accfepted the Lord at an early age. She was raised in a christian home. She loved hearing the word of God and listening to the choir sing joyous songs of praise.

She was married to Sam Abrams and to this union three sons were born.

Sis Ernesa had a kind word for people and love for others to visit her sharing love, peace, joy, and happiness. Sis. Ernesa's favorite Bible verses were Philippians 4:13 - "I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me" and Psalm 122:1 - "I was glad when they said untio me, let us go into the house of the Lord."

Sis. Ernesa had the heart of Ester, the tenacity of Abigail and the prayer of Hannah. She loved and was loved by people of all walks of life. She will be tremendously missed by manty.l Jesus said, "take your rest."

She leaves to cherish her memories, three sons: Anthony, Paul, and Timothy Abtams of Bogalusa, LA. One sister-in-law: Ella Mae Bolton and a host of nieces, nephews, coousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her loving parents: Mr. & Mrs. Ray Bolton, three sisters: Lennie Ruth Vinsort, Betty Harris Brown, and Dorothy Nelson; two brothers: Frank Bolton, Sr. and Ray Don Bolton.

Services were held, Friday, July 11, 2014 at St. Paul AME Church 420 Church Street Bogalusa, LA at 12:00 noon. Pastor R. L. Palmer, Jr. Officiating. Interments: Bogalusa Cemetery.
