Emma Jean Francis is a longtime resident of Panama City FLA, passed away peacefully at her home on Aug 19, 2019.

She was born in Bogalusa, LA.

She leaves to cherish her memories a son Lonnie (Main Man) Francis, a daughter-in-law Andrea (Girlfriend) Francis, a grand daughter Emily (Queen) Francis, all of Clarksville TN, 4 sisters, Earnestine Douglas, Ruby Johnson and Penny Douglas all of Bogalusa, LA, Ann (Karl) Piper of Baton Rouge, LA, 2 brothers Robert and Gary Francis both of Bogalusa, La, an aunt Emma Walls of Kent wood La, A host of nieces, nephews, cousin and her Panama  City Family.

Proceeding her in death, her mother, Jessie Douglas, 2 brothers, Willie Douglas and Arthur Francis, a niece, Tina Douglas, a sister-in-law, Lynn Douglas and her  companion, Bernard Pigott
