Obituary

Brother Emerson TaJohn Moses, Loving known as "TWIN" was born December 3, 1978 in Bogalusa, Louisiana to Missionary Rosie R. Levias of Bogalusa, Louisiana and Brother Emery H. Perkins of Dallas Texas.  He was called by the Lord to his new heavenly resident on December 5, 2021.  He attended school in the Bogalusa City School System.  He graduated from Bogalusa High Scholl and continued his education at Sullivan Vo Tech College where he received his certificate for Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.

Emerson TaJohn had so many talents such as drawing, tinting, installing radios, detailing cars, and teaching other to do so.  He didn't hesitate to help others accomplished their dreams.

Emerson TaJohn Moses was a son, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend.  He was quiet, humble, and humorous and also, never met a stranger.  He was always destined for greatness and the sky was the limit of his determination.

Emerson TaJohn Moses became a member of Truth and Deliverance Ministry at 102 Mitchell Avenue, Purvis Mississippi under the leadership of Apostle Gregg G. Johnson of Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Emerson TaJohn Moses spent his last days enjoying his family and friends, playing football with his nephews and friends and of course eating at his favorite restaurant with his twin brother Emery Moses.

Brother Emerson TaJohn Moses was employed by Hood Industries Inc in Bogalusa, Louisiana.

He leaves to cherish his memories: His mother Missionary Rosie (Gregory) Levias, of Bogalusa, LA, his father Emery Perkins, Jr., Grandmother; Erma Dean Perkins, his twin brother; Emery (Cassie) Moses of Bogalusa, LA, two sisters; Twanda T. Gatlin of Bogalusa, LA and Pacee (Denver) Foster of Baton Rouge, LA; five aunts; Curlinda (Jessie) Magee of Franklinton, LA, Antionette (Timothy) McCoy, Eztra (Russell) Gholar all  of Chattanooga, Tennessee; Joyce Davis of Folsom, Louisiana, Gaynell (Alvin) McCant of Angie, Louisiana, four uncles; Trubonius (LaWanda) Moses; Ezron (Melissa) Moses all of Bogalusa, LA, Willie (Gwen) Perkins and Bobby Perkins all of Dallas, Texas; nine nieces and nephews; Tyrell Cooley, E'Monia Moses E'Meria Moses, Emery Moses, Jr, Elijah Moses, ToMarkus Moses, Makhiya Moses, Derhyion Foster, and Kyson Foster, cousins, special friends, and friends, two children; Jakobe and Jaylin Davis, whom he reared as his own.

Emerson was preceded in death by maternal grandparents; Clifton and Eva Moses, Paternal grandfather; Brother Emery H. Perkins, Sr., two uncles Clifton D. Moses and Jerry Perkins and one nephew; TaNahj Brown.
