Obituary

Brother E. L. "Happy" Aultman was born January 28, 1922 in Tylertown, MS to Rev. Charlie & Betsy Aultman. He departed this life on Sunday, November 13, 2016, surrounded by his family.

He was faithful member of the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Dr. A. S. Nelson, Sr for many years. He loved to sing. His voice could be heard throughout the congregation during worship. He once was a part of the Brotherhood Male Choir at the church. He was also active in the Brotherhood Ministry of the church.

"Happy" was a quiet man who love the Lord. You knew how he earned the name "Happy" by the smile he wore on his face.

He leaves to cherish his memories: daughter, Barbara Ann Adams (the late Booker T. Adams); his loving and faithful guardians and caregivers, Jesse Ray (Dedra) Peters; five grandchildren: Booker Adams, Jr., Stella Adams, Alex Butler, Ernest Butler and Joshua Lott; 2 great grandchildren; his DSW worker, Delester Richards, a very dear and devoted friend, Lila "Nita" Williams, his extended family members: the Hardiman Family, Rochelle Pigott, Paul Tillman, Thelma Brown. He also leaves to cherish his memories many family members, friends and the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church Family.

He was preceded in death by his parents along with his other siblings and his caretakers and guardians, James & Ada Claiborne.
