Dorothy "Dot" Williams Smith, age 75, died peacefully at home in Baton Roluge on June 5, 2014, after a brief illness and is now in the loving arms of her savior, Jesus Christ. She was born July 25, 1938 . Dot was a loving mother, gradmother, great-grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend that will be missed.

She is survived by her three grandchildren, Prinavia Williams of Baton Rouge, Benjamin Holmes of Bogalusa and Lonnie Holmes of Angie, one great-grandchild, Landan Williams of Baton Rouge,k olne brother, John C. Williams of Hazelhurst, MS and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A visitation will be from 10 am to 11 am on Friday, June 13, 2014 at Live Oak United Methodist Church in Angie followed by a brief service and burial in the church cemetery. Cook-Richmond Funeral Home is serving the family.
