Danny Ray Morris, 62, a resident of Bogalusa, died Friday at Rest Haven in Bogalusa. Dnny was born to the late I. J. and Lula Sheridan Morris. From the age of 5 he lived in Bogalusa with his father and mother whol reared him, Velma B. Morris. He is survived by his sisters Helen Robinson of Oakland, CA, Debra Crumedy, Stella Morris, Loretta Sam and Karen Thomas, all of Varnado; nieces and nephews Renard (Rachel) Krystal Ramsey of Baton Rouge, Tenitha Ramsey of Jacksonville, FL, Jeffery (Cllaretta) Ramsey of Disputanta, VA, Michelle, Deidra and Donal Robinson of Oakland, CA and Tabatha (Brian) Hart of Jacksonville, NC and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Rossie Morris; and sisters Donna Jean Morris, Minnie Mae Ramsey, and Arnetta Morris, uncles Fred, O. C., Lewis, Herman, Leonard, Matthew, Josepha and Early Morris, Deacon Eddie Sheridan and Deacon Willie Sheridan; aunts Pearly Matthews, Mary Foster, Rosa S. Newkirk, Minnie S. Abrams, Lola Peters, Della S. Morris, Carrie S. Lewis, Lillian S. Morris and Jessie Mae Anderson.

Visitation, Friday, November 14th, 2 - 5 pm, Family Hour 5 - 6. Funeral Service Saturday, November 15th at 12:00 noon in the chapel of the Funeral home. Rev. Christopher Matthews officiating. Interment, Bogalusa Cemetery.
