Brother Charles Earl Johnson come into this life in the city Of Columbia Mississippi on August 04, 1946. He was born to the union of Otis and Annie Wilson Johnson.

He was baptized under the divine leadership of Rev. E.D. Burns.

Charles was a very outgoing person, one who loved to spend time with family, friends, talk, and travel to the casino.

His precious memories will be cherished by his loving wife; Jane Ann Johnson, four children; Lori (Erica)Porter, Kendrick(Heide) Johnson, Alana Johnson, and Adena Johnson; nine grandchildren; Christopher Holmes, Erica "Tee" Winston, Aidan Penton, Devontae Webb, Amirikal Johnson, Makira Johnson, Kendrick Johnson Jr., Modesty Johnson, and Javeon Johnson, three great grandchildren; Joshua Holmes, Malakai Holmes and Malaya Holmes, and two sisters; Ketta (Levi) Harry and Vita ManyLuk, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded  in death by his father and mother Otis and Annie Wilson Johnson, two brothers,  Willie Robert Johnson and Aron Otis Johnson, three sisters; Lucille Johnson Samuel, Burtile Johnson and Ruth Platter, his grandparents, Charles and Ada Johson and Jim and Mary Wilson.
