Obituary
Carrie Peters, age 86 was born August 2, 1928 to Clara and Samuel Young Sr in Angie. She departed this life on July 9, 2015 in Houston, TX.
Carrie was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Willie J. Peters; and son, Larry Darnell Peters.
She leaves to cherish her memory three daughters: Darlene Foster and Anela Goins of Houston and Carrie Mae Peters of Detroit; two sons: Ricky Peters of Bogalusa and Kenneth Peters of Missouri City, TX, two sisters: Emily Young Moses of Angie and Loretta Young Thomas of Columbus, OH and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 17, 2015 at 10am followed by funeral services at 12 noon at Mary's Chapel, Rev. T. August, officiating. Interments Jefferson Cemetery.
