Carl B. Price was born August 28,1938 in Lawrence County,Ms. To the union of the late Woodrow Price and Fannie Richmond Price.At an early age he was united with Rose Hills Missionary Baptist Church of Silver Creek,Ms. Later in life he moved to Los Angeles,Ca.and became a faithful member of Crenshaw Christian Center where he worked dilgently with the Usher Ministry.

After retirement in 2006 he moved to Jackson,Ms. and became a member of Devine Ministries under the leadership of pastor Bennie Randall where he remained faithful until death.

He leaves to cherished his memory a loving wife of 53 years Annie Pearl Price and his children,Harriet Price-Carr(Jerry) of Jackson,Ms. Bettye Price of Forth Worth,Tx., Latarsha Price-Moore(William) of Atlanta,Ga. and Teresa Price of Houston,TX.

His Son Kenneth Benjamin Price preceded him in death.Grandchildren Lanaisha,Carl Lamont, Clenisha,Jerry Jr., Terrence,Courtland,Willie,Jasmin,
Jaliela and Serenity

Six great-grandchildren,Quinton,Lamaya,Carl,Genuine,Mykel,and Ivan. One brother Phillip Price,Three sisters Betty Price Hathorn(John),Joyce Price Harvey, Juanita Downs.One Aunt Edna Richmond Foxworth of Saint Louis,Missouri,Sisters N-Laws, Brothers N laws,neices,nephews,cousins,friends,church families and neighbors
