Carl Junior Lewis Carter was born to the late Tilmer Lewis and Ruby Carter on July 11, 1953 in Tylertown, Mississippi. He passed away at the age of 676 at the home of his daughter on August 13, in Angie, LA.
He was united in Holy matrimony to Lucille McClenton of Bogalusa , La for 46 years. To this union 2 children were born.
He was employed at Brent Jones Lumber Company.
He was a child of God. He loved to preach and teach.
He leaves to cherish his memories; a loving and devoted wife Mrs Lucille M Carter; a loving daughter Tora(Rev. Wallace)Pittman of Angie, LA;, a son Brentona (Nancy) McClenton of Bogalusa, LA; five grandchildren; Cardale(Brenda) Carter, Cortez and Cardareus Carter, Taishee Pittman-Mims and Antoine Pittman, two great grandchildren; Taique and Tainiyah Mims, 6 brothers, Theodore, A.C., Arthur Dee,and J.C. Carter, Al C and Robert Jerry Lewis, 7 sisters; Iva Lee Carter, Gloria Mae C Pittman, Dixie Mae Mark, Annie Mae Thompson, Annie Pearl Pittman, Teresa Ann Fountain and Lisa Gail Pittman, a mother-in-law R. Lee Mcclenton and 2 sis-in-laws, Gloria Jefferson and Effie Hatcher; his godchildren, Marilyn (Zach) Harry, Eddie Will Collins Jr, Kiesha (June) Crumedy, Stephanie Deandre) Crumedy, Shauntay Sandifer, Keith Collins, And the McGowan along with a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
