Bessie "Mae" Harry Weary Mingo,born June 20, 1920 passed away on Monday, August 20, 2012 at the age of 92, at LSU Medical Center of Bogalusa, La.
Beloved daughter of the late Leola Williams Harry and the late Charlie Harry. Loving mother of Edna Bickham of Angie, La. Alberta Okai of Pittsburg, Ca. Helen Davis of Killona, La., Willie L. Mingo, San Francisco, Ca., Ella Rose Crain, of Sandy Hook, Ms. step-daughter Zena Pearl Weary of Angie, La. and the late Yvonne Riley, John Edward Mingo, Mitchell Mingo, Roosevelt and Baby Girl. 24-grandchildren, a host of great and great grandchildren, Son-in-laws: Milton Davis, Jr., Willie Crain, Fana Okai, and the late Robert Bickman, Three sister-in-law; Delores Mingo, Ora Bickman, Mattie Mingo all of Angie, La. (1) special niece; Charlean Toney Harry, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Visitation Friday, August 31, 2012 at Cook-Richmond 2-4p.m. Wake service 5-7p.m. at Ford's Chapel. Funeral Service Saturday, Sept 1. at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Edward Mark, Officiating. Interment Ford Chapel Cemetery.
