Alicia ( Mickey King) Johnson, 45 on Thursday October 25th 2012. God laid to rest one of his beloved children. Alicia ( Mickey) Johnson departed this life at LTAC in Bogalusa. Alicia (Mickey King) was known to many by her outspoken attitude. Alicia loved the word of God , and was always willing to share the word with anyone who needed encouragement.
At an early age Alicia was united in marriage to Emerson Johnson, II through that union one son was born, Emerson Johnson III. Alicia was a member of Greater Bogalusa Church in Bogalusa, under the leadership of Pastor Jerry Newton. Alicia was the daughter of the late Jesse James King and Alberta Buckanon King.She leaves to mourn her passing, her son Emerson Johnson III, seven sisters Jessica K. Green, Rosa K. Young, Linda K. (Ernie) Jones of New Orleans, La., Patricia K. (Donald) Lewis, Ruthie ( Wayne) Beaulieu, Shirley King, Tonie (Albert) Pittman, Sandy Hook, Ms., Four Brothers Minister Willie (Gaggie) King, New Orleans, La., E.L. King, Randy (Laura) King, Bernard Holts, A host of neices, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends, two dedicated friends Elaine Pittman; Michelle Holmes, A special cousin and caretaker M.C. Miller Jr., the Greater Bogalusa Church family and a host of other relatives.Alicia was perceded in death by her parents Alberta B. King and Jesse James King her grandparents Maternal Micheal "Mack" and Rosie Sartin Buckhanon. Paternal Silas and Myrtis Buckley King, one son Devonte King two nephews, John Stewart and Brandon King, two brothers –in-laws Wesley Ray Young and Ezekiel Green.Visitation will be Friday,November 2,2011 from 2-5p.m.at
