Obituary
On December 10, 1929, Alice Davis was born to the late Danny and Nurcelia Cotton. She left this earth on Tuesday, October 2, 2013 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Franklinton, Louisiana. She was married to the late William D. Davis. To this union there were 7 children born: Antionette (Jessie) Robertson, William (Marilyn) Davis, Bennie Ray (Sandra) Davis, Randy (Nora) Davis all of Franklinton, Louisiana and Wendy Kay Connally of Atlanta, Georgia. Two sisters: Vera Lee (Johnny) Green, Wanzie Clemeons of Los Angeles , California.
Three brothers: Wayne (LaSharne) Cotton, of Tylertown, Mississippi, Ronnie Cotton and Willie Cotton of Franklinton, Louisiana. Three sisters-in-laws Bessie Lee Davis, Jerry Dean Cotton and Zelma Cotton of Franklinton, Louisiana.
She was blessed to see two generations of: Grandchildren (11) and Great Grandchildren (15) and she preceeded in death two children Gary Davis and Mary Davis, four brothers: Len Cotton, Leb Cotton, Robert Cotton, DC Cotton and Norman Cotton and one sister Virgie Lee Harris.
Visitation will be Saturday,October 5,2013 at Cook-Richmond Funeral Home of Franklinton,La from 2-5,Family Hour 6-7,Funeral Service 1p.m. Intermet at Greater Hayes Creek Cemetery
